Initiate Your Request
Log into your Della account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Secure the Packaging
Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during the transit back to our warehouse.
Drop Off or Schedule
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Refund Processing
Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
